Growing people. Restoring nature. Building sustainable communities.
Imbewu EcoSolution is a KwaZulu-Natal non-profit turning land, learning and local partnerships into food, skills and healthier environments — through community AgriHubs, school gardens, early childhood development and environmental education.
In KwaMbonambi, the uMfolozi Local Municipality has allocated Imbewu land to establish a community AgriHub. A second hub is being developed at eNkanyezini, Mkhambathini.
Each AgriHub is a practical centre where young people train, food is grown for schools and households, and local enterprise can take root. We are inviting partners to help build them.
Agricultural implementation partner. Ithuba brings more than seven years of school and community agriculture across KwaZulu-Natal, working with 142 schools and institutions in five districts and with faith communities through its One Church, One Garden programme.
EcoAfrica
Environmental implementation partner. EcoAfrica delivers environmental education and green-economy programmes in schools and communities, including carbon literacy and green career pathways for young people.
With Seriti Institute, Imbewu hosts young people at its Mkhambathini and KwaMbonambi sites, combining community service in food gardens, ECD centres and environmental care with work-readiness training.
Fund a school garden, help build an AgriHub, sponsor early learning materials or support environmental education. We welcome CSI and ESG partners, grant makers and practical collaborators.
